An ongoing member relationship
The Auto Club moves vehicle care beyond one emergency at a time by connecting priority, planning, pricing, and the vehicle's history.
A message from the founder
I started Quick & Easy in the field, solving real problems one vehicle at a time. Now I am building a company that can serve people through a coordinated system—not one that depends on a single person reacting to every emergency.
The next chapter belongs to a trained, accountable team. You do not have to know every part of the vision on day one. You do need to be honest about what you know, ready to learn, dependable in your role, and committed to doing work people can trust.
Theodore Keith Griffin Jr. · Founder & President

Why this company is changing
Too much vehicle service begins after the breakdown, when the customer is stressed and the team is forced to start from zero. Quick & Easy is connecting the customer, vehicle, service history, approval, payment, schedule, and next care decision before information gets lost.
What we are moving beyond
Scattered calls, missing history, rushed approvals, unclear responsibility, and every visit starting over.
What we are building
Planned care, connected records, written decisions, accountable handoffs, and long-term customer relationships.
The system you would be joining
The future is not one shop, one app, or one department. It is a network of people and tools organized around better vehicle ownership.
The Auto Club moves vehicle care beyond one emergency at a time by connecting priority, planning, pricing, and the vehicle's history.
Intake, diagnostics, estimates, approvals, payments, scheduling, service updates, and future care stay attached to the same vehicle record.
Field service remains the operating foundation while Quick & Easy develops its planned Miami Gardens flagship and broader service capacity.
Repair, fleet, parts, sales, technology, provider relationships, and workforce development are designed to strengthen one another over time.

Turn the founder's direction into clear priorities, accountable teams, measured capacity, and consistent daily execution.
A career path built on evidence
I want people to understand how their work matters and what stronger responsibility requires. Growth is earned through skills, results, trust, and available business need—not promised by a title alone.
Understand the role, safety requirements, service promise, tools, and records before taking independent responsibility.
Deliver the assigned work, communicate accurately, document what happened, and raise problems early instead of hiding them.
Consistency, technical growth, judgment, customer care, and support for the team create the evidence for greater responsibility.
As real roles open and the operation can support them, prepared people may be considered for training, specialization, coordination, or leadership.
Where this can go
The direction is ambitious, but growth must stay tied to real demand, capital, safety, and operating readiness. We will not present a planned location or future role as guaranteed before it is ready.
Hands-on mobile service, field experience, customer relationships, and the operating lessons behind the company.
A working service desk, Auto Club membership, documented workflows, phased hiring, and clearer accountability across every role.
More mobile capacity and planned Miami Gardens flagship operations, released only as demand, funding, readiness, and approvals support them.
A connected South Florida automotive enterprise where skilled work, leadership, technology, and community pathways can grow together.
“I am not building a company where people are treated like replaceable labor. I am building a system where the right people can understand the mission, master their role, and become part of what Quick & Easy grows into.”
