A message from the founder

Help me build the vehicle-care company we wished already existed.

I started Quick & Easy in the field, solving real problems one vehicle at a time. Now I am building a company that can serve people through a coordinated system—not one that depends on a single person reacting to every emergency.

The next chapter belongs to a trained, accountable team. You do not have to know every part of the vision on day one. You do need to be honest about what you know, ready to learn, dependable in your role, and committed to doing work people can trust.

Quick & Easy mobile teams and service vehicles working in the field
The company was built through real South Florida field service. The future is organizing that experience into teams, standards, and dependable capacity.

Why this company is changing

The automotive industry is reactive. We are building a proactive relationship.

Too much vehicle service begins after the breakdown, when the customer is stressed and the team is forced to start from zero. Quick & Easy is connecting the customer, vehicle, service history, approval, payment, schedule, and next care decision before information gets lost.

What we are moving beyond

Scattered calls, missing history, rushed approvals, unclear responsibility, and every visit starting over.

What we are building

Planned care, connected records, written decisions, accountable handoffs, and long-term customer relationships.

The culture shift

We are not erasing the old culture. We are building the management system it needed.

The early company was built through grit, speed, loyalty, and the founder personally stepping into nearly every problem. That survival culture created real customer relationships and field knowledge. It also made too much depend on one person, informal communication, and last-minute reaction.

The new culture keeps the care and personal responsibility. It adds defined roles, written decisions, truthful capacity, measurable standards, protected records, and managers who are expected to lead.

The mobile foundation stays. The way people, decisions, and evidence move through it is becoming stronger.

Where we came from

One founder carried the whole operation

Where we are going

Every request has a named owner

How we work now

Managers assign the work, confirm the next action, and close the loop instead of waiting for the founder to catch everything.

Where we came from

Urgency decided the day

Where we are going

Capacity and safety decide the plan

How we work now

Schedules are released from verified staffing, travel, skill, parts, and workload—not pressure or an unsupported promise.

Where we came from

Calls and memory carried the history

Where we are going

The vehicle record carries the history

How we work now

Findings, approvals, payments, messages, evidence, quality control, and future care stay connected in the Service Desk.

Where we came from

Good people solved problems alone

Where we are going

Strong teams use accountable handoffs

How we work now

Sales, member care, advisors, technicians, parts, quality, and management each own a defined part of one customer journey.

Where we came from

Growth came before the operating structure

Where we are going

Growth unlocks with real delivery capacity

How we work now

Membership sales and hiring move together. New commitments are gated by staffed rosters and evidence that the system can serve them.

The system you would be joining

Every role supports one connected operating system.

The future is not one shop, one app, or one department. It is a network of people and tools organized around better vehicle ownership.

01

An ongoing member relationship

The Auto Club moves vehicle care beyond one emergency at a time by connecting priority, planning, pricing, and the vehicle's history.

02

One connected service desk

03

Mobile and facility operations

Field service remains the operating foundation while Quick & Easy develops its planned Miami Gardens flagship and broader service capacity.

04

A larger enterprise system

Repair, fleet, parts, sales, technology, provider relationships, and workforce development are designed to strengthen one another over time.

Review the executive path

A career path built on evidence

Learn it. Own it. Strengthen it. Help lead it.

I want people to understand how their work matters and what stronger responsibility requires. Growth is earned through skills, results, trust, and available business need—not promised by a title alone.

  1. 01

    Learn the standard

Understand the role, safety requirements, service promise, tools, and records before taking independent responsibility.

  2. 02

Own your part of the system

Deliver the assigned work, communicate accurately, document what happened, and raise problems early instead of hiding them.

  3. 03

    Build trust through performance

Consistency, technical growth, judgment, customer care, and support for the team create the evidence for greater responsibility.

  4. 04

    Help lead the next layer

As real roles open and the operation can support them, prepared people may be considered for training, specialization, coordination, or leadership.

What you can expect from us

  • A written role and compensation before work begins
  • Job-related onboarding, safety direction, and clear reporting
  • A private workspace for applications, offers, onboarding, and published schedules
  • Human review based on relevant skills, performance, and the needs of the role

What the standard asks from you

  • Put safety and truthful communication ahead of speed
  • Document the work and protect customer information
  • Take ownership, ask questions, and raise concerns early
  • Respect customers, coworkers, equipment, and the written process

Where this can go

A future people can help shape.

The direction is ambitious, but growth must stay tied to real demand, capital, safety, and operating readiness. We will not present a planned location or future role as guaranteed before it is ready.

  1. 1

    Foundation

Hands-on mobile service, field experience, customer relationships, and the operating lessons behind the company.

  2. 2

    Building now

A working service desk, Auto Club membership, documented workflows, phased hiring, and clearer accountability across every role.

  3. 3

    Developing next

More mobile capacity and planned Miami Gardens flagship operations, released only as demand, funding, readiness, and approvals support them.

  4. 4

    Long-term direction

A connected South Florida automotive enterprise where skilled work, leadership, technology, and community pathways can grow together.

“I am not building a company where people are treated like replaceable labor. I am building a system where the right people can understand the mission, master their role, and become part of what Quick & Easy grows into.”

— Theodore Keith Griffin Jr.
