New Client Savings Wheel

No purchase or payment is required to enter or improve the odds. One spin per eligible new verified QE client, age 18 or older, in Broward or Miami-Dade. Identity and prior reward history apply across devices and campaigns. Employees and their test accounts are excluded. Every accepted spin receives the server-assigned reward; inventory must be available before a spin is accepted. The animation only reveals that saved result. Odds depend on the published remaining allocations and weights. Rewards are promotional service discounts, not cash, gift-card balances or purchased funds. Full eligibility, maximum discount, minimum spend and expiration are shown before entry and saved with the reward. Purchases, appointments and referrals are optional. A stopped or exhausted wheel preserves all issued rewards.

Create a free client profile, verify your email through the existing account process, add your phone and open My QE Rewards. No service purchase, funded booking, referral, marketing consent or membership is required to enter. Existing funded customers receive the same odds as free entrants. One spin per eligible identity across devices and programs. Shared or duplicate identities may request advisor review.

Each enabled reward’s chance equals its remaining quantity × its weight divided by the total remaining weighted quantity. Quantities change as rewards are issued. Every accepted spin receives one available reward. No losing spaces or simulated near-wins are used. Reward details and their minimum future service requirements are visible before entry. Entry itself is free.

Refer & earn

An eligible referred client must complete a successful funded Give-Back booking. Visits, QR scans, account creation and unpaid checkouts do not qualify. A personal referral ID must be recorded before qualification. Technical attribution and customer-reported attribution are preserved separately; the first valid recorded referrer is retained. Self-referrals, duplicate identities/vehicles, employee-associated activity and unusual volume require Owner/Admin review. They are not automatically labeled fraud.

One future eligible service per reward; 30% off; maximum discount $150.00. Minimum eligible subtotal $100.00. Eligible: paid repair labor outside Give-Back. No discount on already-free Give-Back labor, travel, rebooking, tax, membership dues or parts. Cannot combine with membership pricing. Cannot combine with other promotions. One reward per work order. Account-bound; no cash value or transfer. Unused discount is forfeited after one redemption. Expires 6 calendar months after issuance. A cancelled/refunded qualifying referral may reverse an unused reward; used rewards enter management review without an automatic customer charge.

Redemption and account records

Rewards apply to a future eligible work order opened after issuance. Select Apply Reward before payment or production. QE displays the eligible amount, cap and discount and issues a revised estimate for approval. Parts, travel, rebooking, taxes, membership dues and already-free Give-Back labor are excluded unless the saved offer explicitly permits the relevant component. Rewards cannot reduce a charge below zero. The account shows applied rewards and those still available.

Issued terms remain attached to each reward. Default expiry is six calendar months after issuance; reminders are scheduled at 90, 30 and 7 days remaining. Expiration does not delete invoice adjustments, purchased services, financial obligations or customer funds. An applied/cancelled/refunded transaction enters the existing advisor/accounting review process. No automatic charge is made to recover a used referral reward.

Owner/Admin may pause new entries or configure future offers. Changes do not reduce already-issued benefits. Applicable consumer rights remain in effect. The supplied launch waiver and signed service authorization govern Give-Back vehicle service separately.
