The Quick & Easy standard
The 3 Pillars of QE
Speed. Quality. Professionalism. We built our service system to pursue all three on every visit.
Speed
Minimizing downtime
Guided inspections, clear estimates and coordinated scheduling reduce avoidable waiting. Timing depends on diagnosis, customer authorization, parts and actual capacity.
Quality
Fixed right the first time
Evidence-led diagnosis, parts matched to the approved estimate and documented final checks. OEM parts are used when specified and agreed; parts choices stay transparent. Zero workmanship comebacks is our goal.
Professionalism
Transparent expertise
Documented findings, photos, clear choices and accountable follow-up. Technicians focus on your vehicle while advisors manage your service relationship.
One vehicle-care standard. Different levels of coordination.
Your plan determines labor pricing, scheduling priority and the depth of ongoing care management. It never lowers the quality of workmanship, safety checks, honest advice or respectful treatment. Nonmembers receive essential updates and written authorization at every required step. Safety urgency takes precedence over membership priority.
Care coordination matrix
| Plan | Service relationship | Vehicle workmanship |
|---|
| Pay per service | Standard scheduling, documented estimates and essential status updates. | The same documented quality and safety standard |
| Essential | Member scheduling priority, service reminders and repair planning. | The same documented quality and safety standard |
| Core | Higher scheduling priority, proactive coordination and structured follow-up. | The same documented quality and safety standard |
| Elite | Highest standard-plan priority, concierge communication and deeper care planning. | The same documented quality and safety standard |
Priority is subject to available technicians, parts and safe service conditions. Your advisor sets the next update time for your actual visit; these care levels are not a guarantee of immediate repair. Private Founding Member terms are available only through an approved invitation.
Our operating standard
Know your service relationship.
Every request receives an immediate acknowledgment. That confirms receipt; it does not promise an immediate human response, dispatch, or repair.
Nonmember service
A 48-hour planning hold begins when your new request is recorded. You may reserve a released appointment immediately when it begins at or after that exact 48-hour boundary. Service and dispatch remain blocked until the hold ends while QE staff qualify the request and prepare capacity, parts, and the work. Membership is optional.
Enter nonmember planningActive members
Priority intake and planning under your selected plan, without the nonmember hold. Advisors manage communication and approvals; technicians perform and verify the work. Physical service remains subject to staffing, parts, safety, and capacity.
Compare annual plansPrivate founder access
A capped relationship with a $10,000 entry point and separate written scope. Direct founder mechanical work uses scheduled capacity: 20 mechanical hours and 20 administrative hours each week. Access is not unlimited, a warranty, or insurance.
Request private membership informationSafety screening applies to everyone immediately
Loss of braking or steering, severe overheating, smoke, fuel odor, electrical burning, unsafe tires, or collision damage may make driving dangerous. Stop driving as soon as you can safely do so and arrange qualified roadside or towing help. If there is immediate danger, call 911. Do not wait for a booking, membership, payment, or the planning hold to seek help. This screen cannot determine that a vehicle is safe to drive.
Management owns pricing, capacity, quality, and exceptions. New requests record this standard in the customer acknowledgment. Existing appointments retain their confirmed arrangements. Read the service access terms.
