Organized vehicle ownership

One care relationship for the vehicle your life depends on.

Quick & Easy Automotive Club connects the customer, vehicle, service history, repair decisions, priority level, and future care plan instead of treating every visit like the first conversation.

Inside the Automotive Club

One conversation. The questions behind a membership.

Pat asks how membership differs from an extended warranty, what happens when parts are expensive, and how his vehicle will be cared for. Follow the conversation through his experience and enrollment activity.

Customer disclosure: QE provided Pat additional membership time. This is his individual experience, edited for length and clarity.

Your membership

Your selected plan sets the care benefits, included eligible services, coordination and member pricing. Parts, taxes and other separately charged items remain payable.

An extended service contract

An eligible repair may be paid under the contract’s terms, exclusions and approval process. Compare the complete bill, including any deductible and uncovered costs.

Your repair decision

Review diagnosis, parts choices and the full written estimate before authorizing work. Any warranty on a completed QE repair follows its separate written terms.

Read the story summary

Pat begins by asking how QE membership compares with an extended warranty. His main concern is the cost and quality of replacement parts for his Cadillac, including his preference for original-equipment parts.

Theodore explains the continuing service relationship: reporting a concern, coordinating with an advisor, arranging an appointment, evaluating the vehicle and reviewing an estimate. They discuss parts choices and the customer’s budget.

Pat describes his own service experience, says he wants to recommend QE to a friend, and participates in enrollment with the founder. The footage records a customer conversation and enrollment activity; financial records separately establish any completed payment.

Recorded prices are examples from that conversation. Current written plan benefits and estimates control purchases. Member priority remains subject to staffing, parts, service area and appointment availability.

Why the club exists

Vehicle care becomes expensive when every decision starts from zero.

The club is designed to reduce fragmentation—not to promise that vehicles never break. It creates continuity so service decisions are based on the vehicle's actual record, current condition, and approved care path.

One continuing record

Estimates, approvals, completed work, inspections, and upcoming priorities remain tied to the vehicle.

Priority with structure

Active members receive the service priority and coordination level attached to their membership tier.

Care beyond the repair

Reminders, follow-up, planning, and relevant vehicle-care touchpoints continue after a completed job.

The care system

From enrollment to the next service decision.

Membership does not replace written estimates or customer authorization. It strengthens the relationship around them.

1

Enroll the right vehicle

The membership, customer identity, VIN, mileage, and service history begin in one record.

2

Establish its condition

Known concerns and maintenance priorities are organized before the next urgent repair.

3

Request care through one desk

Service intake, diagnosis, estimates, approvals, payments, scheduling, and follow-up stay connected.

4

Build the ownership record

Each completed service improves the context available for future planning and decisions.

Members' year-round calendar

South Florida care has a season. Your vehicle record keeps the whole year connected.

I want members to see what may be coming before a warning light or breakdown makes the decision for them. Choose a period to review the seasonal focus, then carry the right next step into your member care record.

Cool Mornings & Winter Visitors

Catch weak starts and tire concerns before cool snaps, visitor-season traffic, and longer road trips.

Primary seasonal focus

  • Battery health
  • Tire condition
  • Starting system
  • Road-trip check

This calendar is a planning guide, not a diagnosis or automatic appointment. Vehicle condition, mileage, service history, membership terms, eligibility, parts availability, released capacity, and the approved written estimate control each service.

Cost is only part of the relationship

Priority and access, stated clearly.

Membership changes planning priority and the pricing relationship. It does not mean nonmembers cannot receive service.

Member path

Priority intake and planning

Plan-level priority without the new nonmember hold. Elite includes 10 eligible labor hours included per membership year; everything in core; highest priority and concierge communication.

Pay-as-you-go path

Nonmembers are still served

Every request is acknowledged immediately. New nonmember requests enter the disclosed 48-hour planning hold. A released appointment may be reserved now when it begins at or after the hold boundary; service and dispatch wait until the hold ends and remain subject to capacity, parts, safety, and eligibility.

Both paths

Safety and authorization first

Both receive immediate safety screening, written estimates, authorization controls, secure payment, and a service record. Parts and repair work are not unlimited or free.

What this comparison includes—and what it does not

This is an educational illustration using current standard annual membership prices, published hourly labor rates, Elite's 10 included eligible labor hours, one selected parts range, $75 supplies per occurrence, and $75 nonmember travel per occurrence. It applies 30% lower parts and supply costs for members and $0 member travel. It excludes promotions, fixed-price diagnostics, bundles, minimum-charge effects, taxes, towing, outside vendors, third-party charges, downtime, and any repair a proactive visit may or may not prevent.

The model starts with all 10 Elite hours available. Actual Elite estimates must use the remaining included-hour balance in the client's current membership year. Actual parts prices may fall outside these planning ranges; the inspected vehicle, verified supplier pricing, written membership terms, and signed estimate control the final amount.

It is not a diagnosis, written estimate, invoice, warranty, insurance product, prediction, or promise of savings. Vehicle intake, inspection findings, current parts availability, and the written estimate control actual service price. Read the service access terms.
