Yes. Active members can use the digital member network and submit a service request 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. This access does not guarantee round-the-clock physical dispatch; service still depends on the plan, safety, staffing, service area, vendor availability, and a confirmed appointment.

Quick & Easy serves the community, including members and nonmembers. Active members receive priority within the service system, and Elite is the highest-priority public membership tier. Safety, existing written commitments, location, and actual capacity still affect timing.
