A full year in one view

See proactive membership beside reactive pay-as-you-go care.

I built this comparison because I do not want anyone joining from a headline alone. I want you to see the full year, compare the same workload and visits under each pricing path, and decide with honest numbers.

Quick & Easy serves members and nonmembers. Membership adds plan-level priority, planning, access, and a published member labor rate. Nonmember service remains available at standard pricing and availability.

Your annual comparison

Same 12-hour, 4-visit year. Two service relationships.

I charge the membership once in month one. Elite's first 10 eligible labor hours are included; additional hours use the Elite rate in the month the work occurs. Every member tier receives 30% lower parts and supply costs and pays no travel in this comparison.

My plain-language result

For the year you entered, the Elite path is $1,238–$1,268 lower in this annual illustration.

The labor-only break-even point for Elite is about 7.0 eligible labor hours, including Elite’s 10 included hours. The full result also counts a 30% member reduction on parts and supplies plus $0 member travel at every occurrence.

Rolling 12-month timeline

Watch each path accumulate.

The planner places your selected service occurrences across the year, charges the membership once in month one, uses Elite's included hours before billing additional labor, and applies the parts, supplies, and travel policy at every visit. Timing is illustrative; moving the start month does not change the annual totals.

Members receive priority and access

Priority intake and planning under the selected plan, without the new nonmember hold. Elite includes: 10 eligible labor hours included per membership year; everything in core; highest priority and concierge communication.

Nonmembers are still served

Every request is acknowledged immediately. New nonmember requests enter the disclosed 48-hour planning hold. A released appointment may be reserved now when it begins at or after the hold boundary; service and dispatch wait until the hold ends and remain subject to capacity, parts, safety, and eligibility.

Both paths stay documented

Both receive immediate safety screening, written estimates, authorization controls, secure payment, and a service record. Members receive the modeled service-cost benefits, but parts and repair work are not unlimited or free.

What this comparison includes—and what it does not

This is an educational illustration using current standard annual membership prices, published hourly labor rates, Elite's 10 included eligible labor hours, one selected parts range, $75 supplies per occurrence, and $75 nonmember travel per occurrence. It applies 30% lower parts and supply costs for members and $0 member travel. It excludes promotions, fixed-price diagnostics, bundles, minimum-charge effects, taxes, towing, outside vendors, third-party charges, downtime, and any repair a proactive visit may or may not prevent.

The model starts with all 10 Elite hours available. Actual Elite estimates must use the remaining included-hour balance in the client's current membership year. Actual parts prices may fall outside these three planning ranges; the inspected vehicle, verified supplier pricing, written membership terms, and signed estimate control the final amount.

It is not a diagnosis, written estimate, invoice, warranty, insurance product, prediction, or promise of savings. Vehicle intake, inspection findings, current parts availability, and the written estimate control actual service price. Read the service access terms.
