How soon will QE respond to my request?

Every request receives an immediate acknowledgment. Active members receive priority intake and service planning. New nonmember requests enter a 48-hour planning hold from recorded submission before standard scheduling and service, even if an opening exists. Immediate acknowledgment is not a promise of immediate human response or repair.

Does the 48-hour hold apply to an unsafe vehicle?

Immediate safety screening is available to everyone before account setup, payment, or the planning hold. Do not drive a potentially unsafe vehicle or wait for QE to arrange emergency help. Safety guidance may direct you to towing, roadside assistance, emergency services, or another qualified provider; it does not promise immediate repair.

Will the founder personally repair my vehicle?

QE advisors and technicians manage standard service. Direct founder mechanical access is reserved for a capped private relationship with a $10,000 entry point and a separate written agreement. The founder schedules 20 mechanical hours and 20 administrative hours weekly. Private access is not unlimited, a warranty, or insurance.

How do I book Quick & Easy mobile auto repair?

Tell us about your vehicle and where you need service. Describe the concern or choose a service, review and approve the written estimate, then arrange payment and confirm an available appointment.

What areas can I choose in the booking flow?

The current coverage includes listed communities in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and Monroe counties. Your exact address, requested work, travel requirements, and appointment availability are confirmed before scheduling.

Will I see a repair price before authorizing work?

Yes. Your written estimate shows the proposed work, parts, labor, taxes and applicable fees before you authorize the repair. Engine work also starts with a written estimate for your review before payment.
