Select the engine program

Choose the 4-, 6-, or 8-cylinder program that matches the vehicle. The VIN decoder checks the factory configuration; a numeric mismatch stops the request, while unavailable cylinder data is held for staff confirmation.

Enter VIN and client details

Add the customer, service address, VIN, tag, mileage, and any additional service needs in the secure client intake.

Receive the written estimate

Quick & Easy verifies engine fitment, source, condition, availability, customer engine price, labor, warranty, and the remaining vehicle-specific costs.

Authorize the engine deposit

Only after the written estimate is ready and signed will the secure portal present the engine-service deposit for payment.

Payment protection

No live engine payment during intake.

The first submission creates a secure service record and portal. Staff must verify the engine price and labor, issue the written estimate, and receive the customer's signature before the engine deposit can be opened.
