Our Miami Gardens Flagship: Built for Lasting Vehicle Care
A first look at QE’s Miami Gardens flagship location and the lasting relationships, coordinated care and service standards behind its next chapter.

Miami Gardens is the flagship location for Quick & Easy’s next chapter. These photographs and the founder’s on-site video offer a first look at the place behind that vision: a home for a more connected approach to vehicle care, built around the people who depend on their vehicles every day.
For founder Theodore Griffin, known as Jah, the journey began with hands-on automotive work and grew into mobile service, customer relationships and a broader service network. The flagship brings a physical location into that story. Its purpose is to support continuity between the customer, the advisor, the technician and the vehicle’s record.
Key takeaway
Our Miami Gardens flagship vision is built around lasting relationships: clear decisions, documented work and coordinated care throughout vehicle ownership.
From mobile roots to a flagship vision
Mobile work brings a service business into the middle of a customer’s day. The vehicle might be parked at home, outside work or somewhere its owner did not expect to stop. Those situations make the practical questions immediate: what is wrong, what can be done here, what will it cost, and what happens next?
That experience shapes the flagship vision. A physical base and a mobile network should support the same understandable service process. When a job needs a different setting, equipment or provider, the handoff should carry the findings and approved scope forward. The customer should have a clear point of contact through that transition.
The people we built this business for
We built Quick & Easy for people who rely on their vehicles, value their time and want an accountable service relationship. That includes working parents, busy professionals, daily commuters and owners who plan to keep their vehicles for years. It also includes frequent drivers and households coordinating care for more than one vehicle.
Businesses and fleet operators have their own need for coordinated service, approvals and vehicle availability through our business offerings. Across these different needs, the relationship starts with the same expectation: explain the finding, document the proposed work and give the customer a clear decision to make.
What coordinated care should look like
The service system connects a request to vehicle information, an estimate, customer authorization, payment, scheduling and a continuing record. Those details help an advisor follow up and help a technician understand the work that has actually been approved. Recommendations and completed repairs should remain distinguishable in the history.
Our direction for Miami Gardens is to support those relationships with an appropriate physical service environment and provider coordination. Different jobs call for different capabilities. Mobile suitability, facility work, parts availability and the next appointment still need to be confirmed for the particular vehicle and request.
Choose the relationship that fits your vehicle
Essential, Core and Elite memberships are available for customers who want ongoing care with the published benefits and rates of their selected tier. Customers can also begin with an individual service on a pay-as-you-go basis. Either path should include understandable pricing, written authorization and a useful record of the work.
An annual membership is a separate purchase from the repairs and other charges described in its terms. Compare the current enrollment offer, renewal disclosure and expected service needs before choosing a plan. A lasting relationship develops through the service delivered and the way the business follows through.
