SMS Privacy Policy

This policy covers the SMS programs operated by Junior’s Mobile Mechanic Services, Inc., doing business as Quick & Easy Auto Repair Mobile Shop (Quick & Easy). It explains how we handle mobile numbers, messages and SMS consent information; it is not a description of unrelated website or payment data.
What we collect and why
We use the mobile number on your account, the text programs you select, and your messages to provide the service or offers you request. When you save SMS preferences, we record your account identifier, phone number, separate service and promotional choices, the disclosure and policy versions shown, your acknowledgment and save action, the timestamp, and available IP address and browser information. We also record opt-out requests and available message-processing results.
Sharing and protection
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their marketing. We may provide information to service providers, including our messaging provider Twilio and hosting providers, only as needed to operate and secure the program, process your requests, and meet applicable obligations. We may disclose information when required by law.
Consent records are held in our account database. Customer access is restricted to the signed-in account, and public opt-in proof does not expose customer records. No transmission or storage method is guaranteed to be perfectly secure.
Your choices and records
Service texts and offers are separate, optional choices. You can change them in Text preferences or reply STOP to disable texts. Opting out does not delete your account or prevent service. We retain consent and opt-out evidence as needed to honor your choices, address disputes, and meet applicable obligations; opting out does not automatically erase those records.

Do not send payment-card details, passwords, government identification or other sensitive information by SMS. Use the secure Service Desk when needed.
