SMS Terms

These terms cover SMS from Junior’s Mobile Mechanic Services, Inc., doing business as Quick & Easy Auto Repair Mobile Shop. Only enroll a mobile number you own or are authorized to use.
Separate programs
Service & account texts: appointment scheduling and reminders, estimates, authorizations, repair progress, account and membership updates, and customer support.
Membership & service offers: recurring promotional messages about memberships, vehicle-care programs and special offers, including messages sent using automated technology. This program requires a separate affirmative selection. A service request, purchase, account, or inbound text alone is not marketing consent.
Both selections are optional. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Checking a program box, acknowledging these terms and the linked privacy policy, and pressing Save text preferences records your electronic agreement for that selection. An unselected program is not included.
Frequency, charges and delivery
Message frequency varies with service activity and the programs you select. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Delivery depends on carrier and platform availability; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Promotional collection does not mean that promotional sending is active.
Opt out or get help
Reply STOP to the QE number that sent the message to stop both text programs. You may receive a final opt-out confirmation. You can also turn off individual programs in Text preferences. A portal opt-out does not send another text. You may still contact us by phone or email and use your account.

Other recognized opt-out keywords are STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE and OPTOUT. INFO also requests help. START or UNSTOP removes a texting block but does not itself enroll you in either program; make fresh selections in the portal.
